It's supposed to be the devil as an evil Pied Piper....but the smoke coming out the end of it makes him look like he's smoking the world's longest doob. Ah well, it's only on my body forever. I tapped out & got the guy to stop before finishing it. First time I've ever had to stop a tattoo! V v sore. X
