*Now that we're done showering, you want to get dirty again? ;)* Idk, I've been feeling a bit more relaxed, more refreshed, even if some days I feel sleepy or tired. I feel like I consistently have energy. Maybe I've cracked the code somehow. Some things are still a little chaotic, and I still feel nervous and anxious about some things, but it's not as bad as it was getting to be. Somehow I reset my brain, and now just try to talk myself through things. Talking to myself out loud, as crazy as it sounds, has helped. I hear a voice that guides me with reason like I wish a friend would. I've done this before when trying to talk through difficult conversations before actually having them with the other person. But I never talked to myself in a way that was friendly. I tend to try to be a perfectionist, and try to do all of the things in a particular way by a certain time. But it's not realistic. I was being hard on myself when things are just harder for me in general because of how my brain is wired. Now when I talk to myself about my own problems, I talk to myself like I would talk to a friend. If I feel overwhelmed and stressed, now I just tell myself to take a step back, breathe deeply, and that everything is going to be ok. It's not the end of the world. Just do one thing at a time, at your own pace, as much as you can and do your best. If not, there's always tomorrow to do the rest. And with time and experience, you'll be able to create a routine that works for you that is efficient and productive without being so stressful. Anyways, I hope this gave some hope and maybe helped some peeps struggling. It's hard, but you'll get there. If you need anything, I'm here :)
