Compound exercises are basically those that target more than 1 muscle. These can be a type of exercise done or a combination of exercises that flow seamlessly from one to the next. They can be a bit more difficult to do, but it's definitely worth it and allows for more exercises to target the same muscles which can lead to faster results. Lastly, I'm sure you'll be happy to see what kind of angles I have in store for you to see for both the exercises and the stretches. As always, I try my best to take advantage of my nudity to show you what muscles are being targeted and how they should move while the body moves.
