It's the final stretch! I wonder if anyone ever gets tired of me using the same titles for exercises and stretches lolz. Oh well! Stretches: - Figure 4 Stretch: Targets hips, glutes, and lower back. Can be done standing up using something for balance, or laying down. Hold for at least 30 seconds, each leg. - Bent-Knee Lateral Swing [New]: Targets quads, hips, and glutes. This is more of a dynamic stretch and can be used as a warmup before a workout. 3 sets of 10 reps per leg. - Frog Pose [New]: Targets hips, inner thighs, groin muscles, and core. I suggest being very careful when trying/doing this stretch. It should not be painful.
