Arm Exercises: - Standing Arnold Press - Dumbbell Row - Tricep Dips Honestly, I don't even know what to add to these kinds of posts anymore since if we do the same exercises and stretches, I'd just be repeating myself lolz. But I'll just list them for now, and you guys can tweak it for yourself however you'd like. I do try to do 3 sets of 10 reps each for a total of 30 per exercise. You can also adjust that amount to your liking. The main thing is to focus on the muscle you want to exercise and to do it in a way that is most comfortable to you. Don't try to overexert yourself because you might hurt yourself and it can affect recovery time which can in turn affect growth, whether that's in losing weight or gaining muscle, etc. Be careful!
