Always so grateful for my time with loved ones, adventures to new places I’ve never been, trying new foods. I feel like that’s the greatest medicine for my depression is reassuring myself there’s so many things I have yet to try and do that make life worth living and are more important than the things and responsibilities that feel so heavy sometimes. When I am home, I try to lift myself up by taking time each day to play and let loose, by myself or with others, and that let’s me shake out those feelings of tension or sadness.
