Begin and end in a dead stop. 🔹 Keep your legs as straight as possible during the entire movement. (flexibility is a factor for a lot of guys.. straight is the goal.) 🔹 Squeeze your legs together! … from your toes to you butt! Don’t ever let them relax and separate Developing the ability to lift the legs without momentum is so much more valuable (and challenging) than simply making the toes touch the bar. If strict Toes to Bar ARE possible already, then kipping is cool! But still make sure they’re as perfect as possible… The legs should still be straight and together and aim for compression at the top ♥️💪 Can you do strict T2B?! 💪♥️💪
