A short 75 mile road trip, urgent request, they have to slam door to close it. I found the back door with the sprung hinge and it was not closing. It certainly appears like they've been propping the door open with a mop handle or a broomstick near the top hinge and that's what fekked up their hinge. I put the Hinge Doctor on it and got it fixed and it closes good now. No one here speaks English so I spangished them real good and played a game of charades. I know it will happen again. Documented in the notes and on the invoice so next month when they call back it won't be warranty, and next time it will require new hinges because the Hinge Doctor can only do so much.
