Repinned it with new pins and she works like new again 👍🏼 The key still looked good, it had some wear on the peaks but the important parts of the cuts were good. The pins were so worn, it would only turn one direction after shaking the key for a few seconds. This cylinder is probably used 40 to 50 times a day. It should be good for another couple years now.
