After my freestyle I went with something I knew. The xana harness, futomomo and a single thigh cuff. You can make a few different shapes depending where you attach your up-lines. For the face down position it's best to have one attached in the back- obviously. The futo is where it's more important. If you were to attach it on the inside of my leg I wouldn't get a smooth flip to face down. My hip wouldn't of been able to open up. Thigh cuff for support. Some moments were fairly uncomfortable and many I was able to find space and breath deep. It was really fun exploring this shape. I'm excited to try it again!
