













I probably hung upside for 10-15 minutes yesterday. The Swiss Seat has always been my go-to harness. It's been my baseline for suspension since I've started. It wasn't until I read Tying & Flying written by Shay Tiziano that I started to branch out with different harnesses, shapes and transitions. It had been so long since I've selftied you can't help but doubt yourself. Do I remember that pattern? Can I sustain it? Can I handle the pressure? It was a nice reminder that I am capable and strong. That even tho it's been so long my muscle memory takes over and it's just like breathing. I had so much fun yesterday 🥰
