

Virabhadrasana III Warrior pose or Virabhadrasana, is a foundational posture of your yoga practice. In this 3rd level variation, you transition from standing warrior to a floating stance, finding the eb and flow between balance and strength. This posture uniquely is an introductory position to teach your body how to use your bandhas or internal locks. When mastered one’s movement becomes fluid in stability and lightness, moving through the postures as a meditation.
