

Let’s talk self cultivation exercises. As a bodyworker, it is imperative that my qi (energy) is aligned in order to provide the highest level of healing to my clients. Some of my self cultivation exercises include tai chi, meditation and qi gong. If I don’t have enough time for a full practice, I like to incorporate the ‘super hero’ posture with my meditation by lifting my arms up to the sky and creating openness in my heart and inter coastal spaces using deep breath.
