

I have been doing the splits since before I can remember! In yoga, this posture is called Samakonasana. Like anything in life, if you want to achieve and/or maintain an ability, it takes consistency. Through activities such as stretching, yoga and Ballet, I have maintained my ability to do the center splits with ease and comfort. Now that I am older, not only does it feel great in my body to have this ability, it also makes for a fun party trick 😉
