So the thought is between that time you should wake up and take your first breath, meditation or engage in breath work. One way I like to execute my meditation is Vajrasana on toes, or commonly known as broken toe pose. This posture strengthens the ankle joint as well as stretching the bottom of the feet, which most people are so badly in need 🦶🏻 If you have plantar fasciitis or just tight feet in general, I highly advise this posture! It will be difficult at first, but in using your breath as a tool and calm mind, overtime you will receive the benefits and change for putting in the work!
