

Kick off my Monday after a long weekend… JUICE 🥒 This juice is primarily celery with added cucumber, lemon and ginger. This what is considered a *complete* juice, looking at the ingredients, celery and cucumber are cooling so we add the ginger as a warming and balancing element. The lemon is as well a balancing element, although cold. Lemon 🍋 properties include eliminating toxins, resolves phlegm and circulating qi and fluids. IN TCM, *Traditional Chinese Medicine*, our digestion and constitution is paralleled with the seasons so as in the summer months, we want to focus our diet around cold and cooling foods 🕊
