These points aid in moving stagnation and releasing heat from the body. In this particular situation, I was experiencing symptoms of tightness and cramping near my stomach as well as difficulty taking a full breath. These points helped to move the *qi* (energy) downwards and aided in moving stagnation and blockages. Channels needled here are on the Ren, Stomach, Large Intestine and San Jiao 🕊
