Expression is so imperative to our evolution as humans and in the journey of self actualization. Without expression, we are doomed as a society to mediocrity and complacency. Consider this… beyond dwelling in emotions, how can you utilize your emotions as a mode of transformation? It does not need be in the arts, but any form of expression, what is something you do that brings you fully into connection with yourself 🕊
