Finding organic cat and cow movements of the spine, arching the back and then coving through the abdomen, this movement is best paired with breath. Use mental imagery to depict using your breath to breathe spaces in between your vertebrae, try for a long hold then collapse through the back opening the chest and abdominal cavity. 😮💨 *Breath work the best work*
