

Hereโs some Monday motivation for ya ๐ Set new goals for the week! Start somewhere even if itโs getting a 30 min workout in DO IT! You canโt build your butt by sitting on it!!!! ๐ Hereโs a simple at home workout you can do ! ๐ Quadruped Pulsing Kickbacks: Put both hands and knees on the ground and using one leg first keeping the other knee on the ground Kick up into the sky without hyperextending. Kick up to the sky without brining you leg all the way down in a pulsing motion. have the resistance band right above the knee that is stationary. Do 3 sets of 15 ๐ Frog Pumps: Lay on your back and Put your feet together and squeeze your glute muscles to pump up. have the resistance band placed near lower thigh region. To increase intensity get a dumbbell and put it across your hips. Do 3 sets of 12 ๐ Hip extensions Sit on the ground with your elbows touching the ground while you prop yourself up. Hold your legs out in front of you and put the band close to your knees (right above the knee) starting with one leg extended out while keeping the other in place. Do 3 sets of 8
