Usually I will try and see a friend because they snap me out of things, normally my bad days are really just me complaining about things that are NOT worthy of being called bad days.. I do enjoy art, writing, singing, crazy dance parties in my bedroom with club lights, watching netflix, having my own pamper days, orgasms, cooking etc. if the day is just kind of bad but still manageable.
