

ππ»ββοΈ Cardio doesnβt have to be hardio. π It is what you make it. I choose to make it short and sweet. A little warm up and cool down on cardio machines helps with better performance in your strength training aka lifting session. It has endless benefits.. including giving that π§ brain a boost too and strengthening your immune system. So why not try out a little cardio to benefit your life. Am I right?!
