You can’t gain in a caloric deficit. Train your legs and glutes 2-3 times a week as a rule of thumb to really focus on that area. You don’t need to worry about doing fancy exercises and constantly changing things up. You need to focus on progressive overload when it comes to amount of weight you use in your training sessions in order to focus on your lower body growth goal.
