Squat 135lb 10reps, 225lbs 5 reps, 315lbs 5 reps, 365lbs 5 reps, 415lbs 5 reps, 465lbs 5 reps, then this video of 315lbs 20 reps. This ain’t all show boys and girls, these muscle got GO. ;)
